Conditions for processing your personal data

Browsing the Site does not involve any transmission of Personal Data, apart from what the "Third-party content" section describes. However, when You fill in the contact form, We collect Personal Data about You. The purpose of processing the Personal Data collected is to answer Your contact requests.

We may also collect, for statistical purposes, data relating to Your location by means of the IP address of Your device, and to the dates, times and durations of Your access and connections to the Site.

Zenetys collects and processes Your Personal Data fairly and lawfully, respecting Your rights. Zenetys is the controller of Your Personal Data.

Zenetys will never collect or process Personal Data relating, directly or indirectly, to race, health, sexual orientation, or political, philosophical and religious opinions.

Nature of the personal data collected by Zenetys

Zenetys may collect and process the following Personal Data through the contact form available on the Site:

  • Name;
  • Company, when You provide it;
  • E-mail address;
  • Subject and content of Your message.

You must provide accurate, sincere and truthful information about Your Personal Data.

Protection, retention and deletion of personal data

The Personal Data provided by Users is hosted by Zenetys. Zenetys implements security measures to protect Personal Data and to prevent any breach, such as the loss, misuse, intrusion, unauthorised disclosure, alteration or destruction of Personal Data.

Personal Data collected through the contact form will be kept by Zenetys for up to three (3) years after Your last contact with Zenetys, except for data archived for a longer period to comply with legal obligations or in the event of a contractual relationship with Zenetys.

IP addresses collected by Zenetys are kept for less than one (1) year.

In accordance with the applicable data protection laws and regulations, You have the right to access, rectify, object to the processing of and request the deletion of Your Personal Data collected and processed, at any time (barring a legitimate impediment). You may withdraw Your consent to receiving commercial prospecting e-mails from Zenetys at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link, or a similar one, in the e-mail.

Transfer of personal data

Zenetys may disclose Your Personal Data if required by law or following a judicial or administrative request.

Cookies and local storage

Cookies are small files made of numbers and letters that are stored on Your computer when it accesses certain websites. The Site sets no cookie at all: no audience measurement, advertising or tracking cookie, and it uses no third-party analytics tool. That is why no consent banner is shown to You.

Preference saved on Your device

To remember Your display choice, the Site saves a single piece of information in the local storage of Your browser (localStorage): the chosen theme, light, dark or that of Your system.

This information stays on Your device: it is never sent to Zenetys or to third parties and cannot be used to identify You. As it is strictly necessary for the display You ask for, it does not require consent.

The language is not saved: it comes from the address of the page, French at the root of the Site and English under /en/. Switching language simply leads to the matching page.

Third-party content

The map on the Contact page is first a Plan IGN image served by the Site: showing it sends no data to IGN. The "Explore the map" button then loads, only if You click it, the interactive map from the IGN Géoplateforme (data.geopf.fr): like any site Your browser loads content from, IGN then receives Your IP address, the information every browser sends (its type, its language) and the parts of the map You display, but not the address of the page You are reading. The link to cartes.gouv.fr under the map opens the IGN website. In both cases, IGN applies its own privacy policy.

Apart from this button, no page of the Site loads content hosted by third parties as soon as it opens: the fonts, the pictures and the videos are served by the Site itself.

Managing this information

You can erase this preference at any time by deleting the site data in the privacy settings of Your browser. The Site then falls back to the theme of Your system.
